What is Brainspotting?
Brainspotting is a type of therapy developed to help clients reprocess trauma, break through mental blocks, and reduce emotional and physical triggers. It uses eye position to access deeper processing than talk therapy and doesn’t require the client to verbally recount the difficult event.
